You will manage daily kitchen operations, develop seasonal specials, maintain food safety standards, and mentor junior cooks. A passion for creative cuisine and a calm under-pressure attitude are essential.
Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience for every guest. As a Senior Server you will supervise floor staff, handle escalated guest concerns, support opening and closing procedures, and ensure tables turn efficiently without compromising hospitality.
Prepare and cook our signature east coast wings and sides to perfection during service. You will follow recipes with precision, maintain a clean and organized station, support the Head Chef, and uphold all food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
